2. How the Extension Works

This extension works entirely within your browser by:

• Scanning Facebook.com pages for specific text patterns
• Replacing "What's on your mind" with "What are you pretending today" in English
• Replacing "Was machst du gerade" with "Was tust du heute vor" in German
• All modifications happen locally in your browser only
• Using MutationObserver to handle Facebook's dynamic content loading

3. Permissions Required

The extension requires the following permissions:

• Host Permissions: Access to facebook.com domains only (https://www.facebook.com/*, https://facebook.com/*, https://*.facebook.com/*)
• Content Scripts: Automatically injected when visiting Facebook.com pages

Note: The extension does NOT require activeTab or storage permissions. It uses declarative content scripts that run automatically when you visit Facebook.

All text replacement happens locally in your browser. No data leaves your device or is processed on external servers.

No Persistent Storage
